I gave you good information. Check the TOS as that is where I got the information from. Be open to being the one in the wrong, but check for yourself in the TOS. We all make mistakes and this is cool especially when we can admit it for ourselves.
He who has the most invested has the most interest in seeing that steemit thrives. That I think is the premise for the steemit model. When you incorrectly flag a post it lower's your reputation. This affects the influence your steempower has and also your curation rewards.
What prevents anyone steemian from dictating the rules is the fact that there are a lot of people with a lot invested. They will not remain silent because it is there investment that becomes more or less valuable.
Don't take anyones word on things! Check for yourself or ask a witness?

thanks for the info. Im still a bit new to all this and how it work. From what im seeing so far, you have to build up reputation points to have a true impact on a post. So unless someone has went through the process of doing so with multiple accounts its hard to say its just one person. This is a group effort deal, the key is to build up a group of people who will support and promote you as you would them. Thats how to get the ball rolling. Dont worry about what others are doing, stay true to your path and it will pay off in your favor.

This user has no clue how steemit even works. There are things called curation trails. He is falsely accusing people just because they follow a trail.
He has defended a know scammer by starting a flag war. A war he has no chance of winning. He will continue to loose reputation until his posts are hidden by default if he keeps it up.
