About SINTEZ in simple words.
SINTEZ is unorthodox. This means that it differs greatly from other blockchain projects. The main difference is that the key idea to gather the whole economy in one place leads to a wide range of other simple and self-evident ideas and solutions…
“HOW??”, you will say. “I’ve read the whitepaper, and I do not understand anything!”
Indeed, the wording is heavy-handed. BUT. Think of Einstein’s idea, which led to the appearance of, for example, Special Theory of Relativity. The idea consists only in the fact that the speed of light is the same in different frames of reference. And now, if you are not familiar with this theory, take the book and read about it! Is everything clear to you???
So now I’m going to describe in simple words what SINTEZ is like for those who do not want to delve into the strict heavy-handed language used for the fully-fledged description of the technology. As was said above, the main idea of the platform itself is to gather everything in one place. The Bank, the Managing Company, and so on. What is the point? But isn’t it convenient to have everything at hand and in one and the same place? For example, you can take the money and invest it at once or buy something without relying on third-party services and platforms. You don’t have to pay additional commissions, to wait, and to take the risk that it may take a long time for the money to be transferred from one system to another, or it may fail to be transferred at all… In addition to that, such a combination will make it possible to create things that are impossible in other places, different components enhance one another when they are combined, and this results in lowering the commissions and in appearance of new opportunities for the users. We believe that the complexity of the system is more than outweighed by these advantages.
And now, a few words about the key elements of SINTEZ. Banks, Exchanges and Markets have existed for a long time already, and therefore they are understandable to everyone. There are even decentralized solutions. But there are also things that raise questions. They are Coin and Smart Investing, which are the key, fundamental elements. This is our competitive advantage over the others.
So, the Coin. This is a stablecoin, and for those who do not know what a stablecoin is — it is a cryptocurrency, the exchange rate of which (for example, to dollar) does not change much with time. Why is this necessary? Imagine that you take out a loan in bitcoins, and its exchange rate grows by 2 times in a month. You will go bankrupt… Bitcoin can also fall significantly, so it is not suitable for being held in reserve. You can only invest in it with great risks. But you cannot use it also as conventional money.
One of the advantages of Coin is the decentralized emission. For example, Tether has issued the USDT stablecoin. The popular Poloniex cryptoexchange, for one, carries out settlements in it. The point is simple: people have dollars, these dollars are the backing of USDT (that is, you can exchange USDT to USD if you wish). And dollars are backed by the American economy and government. That is, eventually, USDTs are backed by the American economy by means of dollar. But there is a disadvantage: this emission is centralized. It depends on one company how many USDTs will be issued and how many dollars will be deposited as backing for those USDTs. Or maybe there will be no dollars deposited at all, and all your USDTs will depreciate on one fine day… Coin is a different story. Its emission is decentralized and transparent, that is, there are no risks of it collapsing suddenly or going down in value drastically. There is an analogue (Makerdao’s Dai). The emission of Dai is decentralized. The point is that fiat currencies are not purchased directly as backing, but an intermediary mechanism is created that binds the value of Dai to SDR. SDR is the IMF’s instrument, in other words, it is just a basket of several economies’ currencies… It appears that Dai is backed by a set of economies, but with the aid of 2 intermediaries already: fiat currencies and the internal mechanisms of the so-called CDP (you can read their whitepaper to learn what it is). The principle used by the IMF to choose the economies to back the SDR is heavily politically charged and nontransparent, and no one knows what Dai will be backed by in the future. Coin is a different story. We choose all the large economies in the world and create a (synthetic) basket of currencies reflecting the global economy as security for Coin. It appears that Coin is backed by the whole world’s economy, that is, by the greatest possible value.
But the main thing about Coin is not even that. The main thing is that it exists in the SINTEZ system. That is, it will accumulate all the money flows of the system. You want to invest — you buy Coins, to buy something — you use Coins, to sell — you sell it for Coins. You will need Coins for any actions. Due to the large volume of the money flows, a fundamental attribute of real money emerges — the liquidity, that is, the possibility of exchanging Coins to other currencies (without high commissions!) or of buying/selling something — all without losses. SINTEZ is SYNTHESizing the liquidity of Coin. This is the main advantage over the other stablecoins, which are unliquid and therefore cannot serve as money. If you have ever used e-money, you should understand that sometimes it is quite a problem to buy this money, there are huge commissions everywhere, and you have to search for variants… And if you use e-money in the course of your business activities, it is a question of great importance for you. So, you need Coin, and Coin needs SINTEZ. And there is no other way!
Now I’m going to explain in simple language what the point and the know-how of Smart Investing are. To begin with, imagine that you want to buy Swiss cheese of a particular brand. You need exactly this cheese. Not sausages, not a loaf of bread, not a pineapple, but cheese. And not just any sort of it. It is quite a specific sort of cheese that you like. You come to a shop. And there is a choice of 2.5 variants, with Swiss cheese nowhere near. What do you do? You take what is available… Or you go to a supermarket. But there is a huge number of shelf stands at the supermarket, there is whatever you can think of, and you can lose your way while looking for your cheese. What do you need? You need a direction sign or a guide that will say, “The dairy department is over there”, then you’ll find the dairy department, and hear, “The cheese shelves are over there”, and finally, having found the cheeses, you’ll find your favorite brand by alphabet.
The situation with investing is the same. Every person or organization have their own individual needs — their own attitudes to the anticipated profit and risk patterns (the so-called “risk profile”). And you, dear reader, have them too. These preferences depend on many things — your welfare, your incomes and expenses, your goals and tasks, plans, your state of mind, your wife after all who will eat you alive if the drawdown is greater than 15%! This is the Swiss cheese that you need. And how will you search for that product? You will come to an investment company where they will offer you 10 excellent strategies to choose from. This is the shop where you are lucky if there is any cheese at all. And if you don’t like them very much, you can come to etoro. There are many different strategies on that platform, but how are you going to find exactly what you need? Likes and comments about good sausages and apples will not help you understand where cheese can be found. You need a guide anyway. Someone who will be able to take you past a million of different goods efficiently, right to that coveted one…
So now, finally, we are presenting Smart Investing (SINT). This isn’t just a supermarket where there are many different goods. And this isn’t just a guide (or “calculator”) that will quickly find your cheese for you and hand it to you on a platter. SINT is also the production (SYNTHESIS!) of new products due to combinations of the existing ones. And such combinations are infinitely many already. As it can often be observed at stores where they make ready-to-eat food (salads, baked meat and fish, pizzas, cakes and so on) from different ingredients, SINT has the same structure. This isn’t just a set of different strategies that come to the system together with the traders who implement them. This is also an infinite variety of all sorts of ready-to-eat dishes, which are also cooked on the spot from fresh ingredients! For example, when you come to a store you can not just buy your Swiss cheese but also remember that you don’t need it alone but as a part of a particular salad, your favorite one that your mom cooks. So why bother her once again if you can have exactly this kind of salad made to order from fresh ingredients right here and now?? And maybe there is something else that you haven’t tasted yet, which will find your “bliss point”?!
That is, the main idea of SINT is formation of such a market equipped with a processing system where sellers of cheeses, sausages, and other food products will be able to sell them to end consumers not only as individual foodstuffs but already included in all kinds of combinations, maximizing their turnovers. A market where the investor will be able to purchase whatever they like without extra trouble. And naturally, such a “supermarket” will be more preferred for the investors, will be able to attract the maximum of their funds. And finally, it should be noted that investing is done in coins. This means that there is minimum exchange risk, the estimates of growth of investments are as comprehensible and transparent as possible. And in addition to this all, there are also other possibilities of the integration of SINT and SINTEZ components that I’m going to write about in my next articles.

Hello & Cheers!! I'm a content detection and information bot. You are receiving this reply because a short link or links have been detected in your post/comment. The purpose of this message is to inform your readers and yourself about the use of and dangers of short links.
To the readers of the post: Short links are provided by url shortening services. The short links they provide can be useful in some cases. Generally their use is benign. But as with all useful tools there are dangers. Short links can be used to hide all sorts of things. Quite frequently they are used to hide referral links for instance. While not dangerous this can be deceptive. They can also be used to hide dangerous links such as links to phishing sites, sites loaded with malware, scam sites, etc. You should always be extremely cautious before clicking on one. If you don't know and trust the poster don't click. Even if you do you should still be cautious and wary of any site you are sent to. It's always better to visit the site directly and not through a short link.
To the author of the post: While short links may be useful on some sites they are not needed on steemit. You can use markdown to format your links such as this link to steemit. It's as simple as
[steemit](https://steemit.com)
Unlike short links this allows the reader to see where they are going by simply hovering over the link before they click on it.Okey bot! Thank you! I did it))
