Are you going to wait with the ICO until the infrastructure is ready to issue the Appics-Tokens as true Steem-based SMTs? Or, are you aiming for a self-contained (BTC or ETH -fueled) ICO asap and issue the actual SMT afterwards?

I think this is a pressing question for many Steem-holders. So thanks for taking the time to clarify.
