I was on the fence about flagging the last one (and I even refrained, iirc). But at some point the useless spam posts are just as annoyinf as the useless spam flagging.

Also, if his address and ph# are on the web already, why do you think he would care if they were published?
Also also, we cannot have our cake and eat it to. We can't require people as a community(or strongly encourage them) to put their real identity (name social profile etc) on the site, then permit, as a community, that information to be used to compel or coerce their vote.
