Home beet noodles
Good afternoon)
Today, I will introduce you a simple author's recipe for your home noodles.
For the test, we need:
Wheat flour (preferably from durum wheat) - 1 st.
Flour corn - 1/4 tbsp.
Egg chicken -2pcs.
Beet juice - 1/4 tbsp
On the table, mix flour, 2 kinds, make a crater like in a volcano, drive 2 eggs and pour in beet juice
Mix the dough to a homogeneous state and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Roll out about 2 mm and cut the noodles as you will be comfortable. I cut into wide noodles
For the sauce we need:
Olive oil
Meat of mussels - 1 / 4st
Leek onions - 1/4 pcs.
Carrots - 1/4 pcs
Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
Sauce Worcester - 1 tbsp.
Corn - 0.5 tbsp
Boil the noodles in water with the addition of oil 2 minutes
In a heated frying pan add the olive oil, mix all the ingredients and fry 2 minutes
Add soy sauce, vinegar and boiled, washed noodles, mix and warm for 1 minute
