"Cyborg" Santos successfully undergoes seven-hour surgery on horrific head injury (PHOTOS)
The Brazilian MMA veteran suffered a dented forehead and cracked skull after being caught by Michael Page's flying knee in the second round of their Bellator 158 fight. Following the seven-hour long surgery on Wednesday, Santos released a series of pictures and a message that later went viral on Instagram.

Damn crazy shit. Head injuries are no joke. Wonder how bad the brain was damaged, how functional he is.
My 1st thought when I saw that was how the fuck do you even fix that lol. But looking at it after it looks like they did a good job.
His skull definitely did its job in protecting his brain! Hope he has a full recovery.
