People who invest should be able to withdraw their money whenever they want. The system has a built in mechanism to throttle withdrawals over a two year period, so that large withdraws will not totally crash the system. If someone wants to sell at these prices, that is not immoral. It just means more Steem for others to buy at a lower price. You also may want to read the link I posted above.
