These look really beautiful. I hope that they are left out there and not cleaned off of the Wallis that they were put on. I allways find it a bit difficult to discern whether graffiti is art or vandalism. But in the case of those provided on your pictures they are clearly art! Actually the graffiti culture here in kenya is more of an art than vandalism and is allowed by the government but only in some areas,mostly on the ghetto streets, The artists use this to express their views on issues affecting our society like corruption, poverty, tribal conflicts etc
