Create the balance of stress by building the journal regarding proper identification of the situation which one is creating the most stress and learn how you have to respond it. You cannot cope up circumstances if you don’t know how to react in certain situation.
Flourish healthy responses
It is the better way to attempt the positive affect to fight with stress, put your best when you feel the tension. Do the exercise or Yoga which is one of the good activities to release the stress. Make some enough time for hobbies and Get the good sleep to minimize the state of stress.
Build the Boundaries
Gives the first preference to yourself to reduce the stress. Establish some work-life boundaries for yourself as well as makes some personal rules i.e. don’t bring your office work at home, or not answering the phone during dinner.
Learn to relax
When you get an idea how you can feel better to work in stress condition. So you start your simple activity to be relaxed via walking, deep breathing exercises or enjoying a meal. According to the analysis, tend to focus on the single activity and then which one makes you more relax, put it into the aspect of your life.
