HOW TO MANAGE STRESS AT WORKPLACE

Now a days! The major issue is management most of the people get to fail how to manage ourself in any state of life. So today i will discuss about stress management.

Everyone is not capable to manage the stress at workplace even though the person having their favorite jobs. It is important to manage the stress by meeting the deadlines of job work that would save the physical and emotional health. According to the American Psychological Association's (APA) annual Stress in America Survey contains the information about 65 Percent of Americans dealt with the top source of stress and 37 Percent Americans said they are managing their stress in workplace via various activities. In 2013’s Survey founded that the job stress is one of serious issue but the organization is providing the enough stuff of resources which helps to manage the stress.

Stress is the phenomena which tend to be made through the various factors to manage the stress i.e. low salaries, Excessive workloads, Few opportunities for growth or advancement, Work that isn't engaging or challenging, Lack of social support, Not having enough control over job-related decisions, Conflicting demands or unclear performance expectations. In Short, Stressed environment makes the healthy person to unhealthy condition via headache, sleep disturbances, short temper as well as it builds the cause of depression, high blood pressure and heart disease. In this accordance, people revert themselves into unhealthy ways i.e. overeating, to eat the unhealthy food etc.

yeah its real fact we should not give up at any stage try to make it interesting and easy for us its better way to rid of boring mood

Yeah.. Most of people take their negligence into lack of management thats make them stress. So it is better half to overcome it as soon as possible

Yeah you did great job, stress on workplace is really a big thing, u told all is correct, i want to add more things that if u dont know how to work like newbie it also cause of stress, work load, colleague/boss misbehave is also one cause.
