The day steemit changed the world.

This is not a day that has came and went. This is a day that will come in the next 30 years. When this day comes a large portion of the population of earth may very well be living off the funds they earn from sites like steemit. The time is quickly approaching to truly value your opinions, comments, and original contributions. Not just give them away without having any incentive. The economy needs to shift to something that rewards the creative. With technology advancing at exponential rates surely in my lifetime there will be no more demand for unskilled labor and quite possible labor in general. This shift makes micro-economies like steemit extremely important, especially if the governments of countries don't solve the joblessness. This is what excites me about using block-chain social media. It gives people a fighting chance to keep their plates full and a roof over their head.
