Russia is fairly free country. Every six years we hold free, fair presidential elections, and every five years we elect a Parliament. In every political election - there are always international observers.

Power in Russia is divided into three branches (according to Locke and Montesquieu): judicial, legislative and Executive. These branches are not subject to each other, and the judicial branch is not accountable to anyone.

Now I want to say about the media. Media - according to the Constitution are not subject to the state. From hundreds of Newspapers and TV channels - only a few publications state

Winter in Russia.

Indeed, winter in Russia very cold. A lot of snow. In some parts of the country snow fill a multistory building. But winter in Russia is only 4 months, the rest of the time - rather warm weather. The summer lasts three months, and the entire country becomes so hot that you can sunbathe.

Vodka.

Vodka in Russia is really a lot. Russians love to drink but only on holidays to relax. Every day in Russia don't drink alcohol.

Bears

Bears in Russia are really a lot. Often they go into villages, cities. Russian are not afraid of bears and often come up close to them to drive them away. Often, Russians could start to feed the bear or to give him alcohol for fun. Bears like it.
