مولانا فضل الرحمن ایک پاکستان مذہبی سیاسی جماعت جمعیت علمائے اسلام (ف) کے مرکزی امیر ہیں اور اپوزیشن تحریک پاکستان ڈیمو کریٹ مومنٹ (پی ڈی ایم) کے سربراہ ہیں۔
Maulana Fazlur Rahman is the central emir of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F), a Pakistani religious and political party, and the head of the opposition Tehreek-e-Pakistan Democratic Moment (PDM).
اہل سنت والجماعہ دیوبند مکتب فکر کے پیروکار ہونے کے باعث وہ دیوبندی حنفی کہلاتے ہیں۔

مولانا فضل الرحمٰن 19 جون، 1953ء کو ضلع ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان کے علاقے عبدالخیل میں پیدا ہوئے۔
Maulana Fazlur Rahman was born on June 19, 1953 in Abdul Khel area of Dera Ismail Khan district.
انہوں نے اپنی ابتدائی تعلیم ایک مقامی دینی مدرسے جامعہ حقانیہ میں حاصل کی۔ اس کے بعد انہوں نے جامعہ پشاور سے 1983ء میں اسلامک اسٹڈیز میں بی۔ اے کا امتحان امتیازی نمبروں سے پاس کیا۔
He received his early education in Jamia Haqqania, a local religious seminary. After that, he graduated from University of Peshawar in 1983 in Islamic Studies. Passed the A exam with distinction marks.
اس کے بعد وہ مصر کے جامعہ الاظہر میں تعلیم حاصل کرنے کی غرض سے گئے اور وہاں سے ایم۔ اے کا امتحان پاس کیا
After that, he went to study at Al-Azhar University in Egypt and from there M. Passed the A exam
اور اسی صنف میں تحقیق کی -انہوں نے الاظہر یونیورسٹی سی ایم۔ اے کی سند حاصل کی
And researched in the same genre - he Al-Azhar University CM. Obtained A certificate

یہ قبیلہ غزنی سے ڈیرہ اسمعیل خان تک ہجرت کیا کرتا تھا . حکمت یار کا تعلق بھی اسی قبیلے سے ہے . اس قبیلے کا سردار شیر خان تھا
This tribe used to migrate from Ghazni to Dera Ismail Khan. Hekmatyar also belongs to the same tribe. The chief of this tribe was Sher Khan

مولانا اپنے بچپن میں مویشی چرایا کرتے تھے جو ان کا خاندانی پیشہ تھا
Maulana used to herd cattle in his childhood which was his family occupation
پاکستان بننے سے پہلے ہندوستانی علماء جو کہ پاکستان بننے کے مخالف تھے

In 1919, he founded the Jamiat Ulama Hindustan
اس جماعت کا مقصد پاکستان بنے کی مخالفت اور انگریوں کی چاپلوسی کر کے مفادات کا حصول تھا
The aim of this party was to oppose the creation of Pakistan and gain interests by flattering the British
اس کے بعد ١٩٤٥ میں مولانا شبیر احمد عثمانی نے جمیعت علماء اسلام کی بنیاد رکھی
After that, in 1945, Maulana Shabbir Ahmad Usmani founded Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam
dismissed the Balochistan government in 1973, the Mufti resigned to power in protest.
مولانا فضل الرحمان اپنے والد کے انتقال کے بعد ١٩٨٠ میں جمیعت علماء اسلام وراثت میں ملی اور وہ وراستی آمیر بنے
After the death of his father, Maulana Fazlur Rehman inherited Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam in 1980 and became the hereditary Amir.
اس وقت ان کی عمر ٢٦ یا ٢٧ سال تھی
He was 26 or 27 years old at that time
جبکہ اس جماعت کا دعوه ہے کہ ان کی جماعت میں ہر ٣ سال بعد الیکشن ہوتے ہیں . مگر حقیقت اس کے برعکس ہے

الیکشن ٢٠٠٨ کے بعد سے مولانا نے اپنے چہرے سے ایک نقاب اتار کر سیکولزم کی حمایت کر کے اپنے آپ کو ایک سیکولر مولوی ظاہر کر کے امریکا اور اسرئیل کی حمایت حاصل کرنی چاہی
