We need moderation? How to? #Steemit

Hello fellow steemers :)

I saw that our community is getting bigger and bigger... some of you talks that could be the new Facebook, but for more people (like me), Steemit is like a new Reddit.

We have a lot of categories like the sub-reddits, but with a big difference. We don't have moderation! For a moment, in a civilized world, it will work like a charm! but now, in the reality, if it grows faster, you will start to see the more hideous things here, like pornography, people selling, people advertising, robotic profiles and tons of copyrighted stuff, because everyone will get some content on others websites to dump it here and make some money.

We don't have to moderate the categories, but at least we could have a option to do it? Or have a good system that can detect NSFW things, etc...
