Grow in Steemit? Measure your results

All obviously want to grow in reputation, followers and votes received and amount of money in our savings, but these really measuring your progress?

We all want in life improve, but the only coherent way to accomplish this is using the measurement, comparison and subsequent analysis of the results depending on an objective or goal previously set. Steemit platform offers us a series of indicators that allow you to track your progress day by day, with this information can improve until you obtain the desired levels.  

What to measure?  

I am particularly focused on the following indicators: 

1.-Followers  

2.-Reputation 

3.-Number of Post  

4.-Power of vote (Steem Power) 

5.-Steem Dollar  

6.-Average of daily publications.

With these variables established the first thing you should do is to know where these at this time, for example I to date have the following indicators: 

Followers: 312 

Reputation: 33 

Post number: 35 (I told my publications manually, or you can estimate 15 to 30% of the number of post that shows you your account) 

Voting power: 1.008 Steem (+ 13.992 Steem)  

Steem dollar: $0.735 

Average of publications: 1 per day (estimated)    

I'm here since mid-February this year, until today I already have about 3 months. Based on this information, I have set my goals for the next 3 months which are: 

Followers: 1000 

Reputation: 60 

Post number: 180 publications 

Voting power: 1,000.999 

Steem dollar: $100.735 

Average of publications: 2 per day (estimated)

Average of publications: 3 per month (estimated) 

Shows this that everyone can grow, but must work to really go where we want, measuring, evaluating the results, weekly, monthly or because not?... daily (from being the case).  

Focus on daily work. 

Small achievements lead to great rewards if we are willing to pay the price. The price is the time that we are going to invest to achieve every day we come to the goal posed, redefining our philosophy, learning from mistakes, so we try harder the next time. My strategy

2.-I read the post from the category introduceyourself and greeting at least 5 new platform users per day, remember that read others will allow you to increase your reputation and followers. 

3.-All recommend using Discord to boost the post followers and reputation. 

4.-I will write at least 2 post per day, so would be about 60 a month and 180 within 3 months on average.  

5.-I transfer generated in SBD to voting power, saving 30% to pay for bots that vote and make resteem of my post. (It's how to use advertising). 

6.-Use a community to leverage my post with votes, giving my vote to other users, and those users automatically vote for the post that I choose.  

7.-Read at least 10 daily articles and comment on them, additionally vote on them be my desire. Next week I will publish the progress of this strategy and I will refine it to grow towards the objectives set. 

You might think, as i dare to give these suggestions with such low numbers in my account?....precisely share that together to my look as it can be grown by measuring the results.
