Simple Chicken Palekko Recipe
Ingredients
1 broiler chicken (better klo chicken)
7 cloves of garlic
5 cloves of red onion
1 segment of ginger
2 stalks of lemongrass
1 small packet of shrimp paste
according to taste of cayenne pepper
to taste salt
to taste water
Javanese acid to taste ... dissolve
turmeric powder
kemangin klo like
Step
Cut a small chicken and wash it clean
Saute the finer spices until fragrant
Enter the chicken, turmeric, tamarind water and salt add salt water until cooked
