Sambel recipe fried gravel tempe gembus
Ingredients
1/2 kg of cow, boiled, drained
Tofu white, cut into pieces, fried 1/2 mateng
2 seeds tempeh gembus, diced
10 quail eggs
300 ml thick coconut milk
Curly red pepper, sliced iris
Oil for sauteing
to taste Java Sugar
to taste Salt and powdered broth
2 bay leaves, sobek2
5 lmbar orange leaves, torn
1 segang galangal, geprek
Ground spices :
5 pcs of garlic
10 pcs of red onions
5 pcs of pecan roast
according to Cabe cayenne taste
10 pcs red curly peppers
1 segment of ginger
Step
Saute the finer spices until fragrant, add the leaves of oranges, daum salam, galangal, and brown sugar, stir back
After the spices are fragrant and remove the oil, enter the kikil, aduk2
Enter the coconut milk, wait for the boil. Enter the tofu, tempeh, and quail eggs, wait for the melt to mature and absorb.
Turn off the stove and do not forget to sprinkle with fried onions.
Serve with rice / lontong together with shrimp crackers.
