Since -> post creation time
AvgPay -> last 20 posts -(without resteemed) avrage reward
V -> Current number of votes
PayOutF -> (AvrageReward - CurrentReward) * VotingPositionFactor% * EarlyVoterPenalty
VP -> Number of votes after 15 min of creation or Voting Position ... best 0 (first to vote)
% -> VotingPositionFactor
V+1 -> Current number of votes + 1
