Steemit's Styling Issues and Wonky Edits

Yea yea, I'm new here, so how can I really even make such a post ...

But I have read all the Markdown guides, even copied and pasted code directly from the guides into my posts, checked multiple renders, and even when the Steemit preview finally looks perfect and matches MarkdownPad (which takes about 12 tries lol), I still have hit the "Post" button and have had the entire post end up publishing looking like a five year old coded it (and not one of those super tech-savvy Generation Z five year olds either).

While I'd like to post often, the seemingly finicky nature of Steemit and not really knowing what my final product is going to truly look like is kind of grinding the gears of this OCD-ridden chick, ya feel me?

Does anyone have any tips on downloads, or sites, or whatever to make perfect sure that my coding is going to render correctly over here?

Wondering how this post will turn out ... pressing "Post" now and kinda hoping it looks weird so y'all don't think I'm just cray.

I'm going to keep editing this post over and over until I can get things to look right. This is my dummy post. Enjoy lol.

Have you tried busy.org? I have't noticed anything wonky with it yet. It's also got a lot of features that steemit doesn't. I made a tutorial too yay ^.^

Interestingggg. I'll take a look at it tonight. Thank ya!! :)
