Jagalah kesehatan anda
Kesehatan, adalah hal yang utama harus di perhatikan. Ini berawal pada 2 hari yang lalu. Di saat itu kepala saya sering merasa pusing, dan tubuh saya merasa lemas. Saya berkunjung ke sebuah klinik. Dokter pun melakukan pengecekan terhadap jumlah darah saya.ternyata jumlah darah saya hanyalah 100. Itu mengagetkan saya.
Saya baru mengetahuinya, bahwa penyebab kepala pusing dan tubuh lemas di sebabkan karena saya sering tidur larut malam. Dan saya juga tidak sadar, bahwa berat badan saya semakin menurun.
Saya juga jarang mengkonsumsi buah-buahan, sayur-sayuran, serta melakukan olahraga. Pola hidup saya sangat buruk.
Untuk kedepankan saya ingin melakukan pola hidup yang sehat. agar tubuh saya selalu sehat.
