RE: Never Hold on to SBD! They Are Being Devalued At 583.8% Annually (48.65% Per Month).
What I shared barely scratches the surface of what I've seen on the non private platform. Given what I've seen in witness whale comments and real people who have told me they've been trying to get in with no luck, they'd stopped new accounts in an attempt to stop the bot and fake accounts, which has really wreaked havoc here and thus they are shooting the feet off of steemit in the process.
One thing's for sure; they don't leave us the liquidity option of being able to just pull all SP funds out in minutes like most anything else. To me it's like being trapped in a sinking ship and being forced to stay in and keep it afloat until those who wake up in time are able to get what funds they have in out.
I spent a few minutes this morning looking at the activity logged on the missing one's account. No authored blog posts in 6 months; no comments since and the whole story of attacking the main partner/creator is just horrible. Looking at the activity I see the ghost gave an upvote to one of the developers 4 days ago in the midst of some serious whale war (downvoting) raging. Judging by the downvote attacks on the missing one, all the fake hidden accounts created and delegated SP to it doesn't look good at all. It's such a shame to see this. It reminds me a little of the BTC-Bitcoin Cash war too the last 9 months or so now.
Here are the words of the creator, which I'm so sad to say kind of sum it all up:
Holy shit!! I knew there were problems but this is next level shit!
I think I'm out.
I will wait and see what happens on other platforms before I get back in again.
Thank you for sharing this @positivesynergy. There is a lot of people out there oblivious to what is busy happening!
And to think it's been happening for months now too... You should check out Minds.com. It's much better in many aspects. We can always keep upvoting each other in the mean time. I certainly see value in my contacts here on steemit.
Definitely, even if I lose all the money I have invested in this platform. I have made some great friends!
Yourself, @mistermurcury, @vimukthi, @jetblake, @vieira and a lot of other people is why I find this platform interesting. What I have learnt from you all has added a lot of value in my life. Yes money is important to keep us going but I wont break my head over it.
That said, I will also not close my eyes and leave it all to blind luck.
You and me both... Although, I didn't know (follow) @vimukthi, @jetblake. Now I am... :)

I found you there. I am just not as familiar with that platform as I have spent most of my time here.
Will start reading up on it.
BTW, I just posted my first in over a week. It's fairly basic, but something to keep my presence here a bit. https://steemit.com/life/@positivesynergy/impossible-i-m-possible If you like it, anything you could do to help promote it would be appreciated.
To me it's not as complex as steemit, a little similar to both Facebook and Twitter, and much of it is fairly self-explanatory. You can put text, add a photo or short video. There's no limits on upvotes there or who you subscribe to, that I have seen so far. The rewards system is still in testnet, but is you upvote a lot and get upvotes, subs' and especially reminds (their version of resteem) it helps in the daily air drop of tokens given out. You can wire or receive wires of tokens. I've actually received a wire from one of the co-founders, who are active there. I herd about it on Keiser Report interviewing one of the co-founders. As far as I know Ned never has been interviewed by Max. One thing I haven't yet tried is doing a full blog post there. At a glance that seems a little more basic than here. They have groups and a fairly basic messenger. So far I've mainly just posted inspiring quotes, pics and some of my poetry; and of course remind, as they call it, some decent other's who tend to remind mine. I know 1 token is worth a boost to a 1,000 views, but even though I have over 50, I haven't tried that yet either.
I did another post less than an hour ago. https://steemit.com/life/@positivesynergy/opportunity-just-ahead Yesterday I chatted with steemcleaners asking for any help he might be able to give. He invited and introduced me into a Vet. group on discord where I shared my story and asked if anyone could help. It appears one of them may have been a witness or something and my account appears to have been modified to really jump up my rep. on fairly small amounts. Someone put in around a $10 unvote and my rep. doubled to 22 this morning. Then on this last one I spent all 0.70 I had gotten today, got 1.40 or 1.50 or so, but it jumped from 22 to 27.5 now. So anything you might be able to do would be greatly appreciated.
Great to hear man! Here we go!
I have neen quite. It is a bit hectic at work.
Hi @dpl! I hope things settle down at your work. It looks like whatever was tweaked in the system to help me out seems to have been flipped back now. I say that because I just did what you mentioned in the other post too, albeit from another source, and it didn't move the rep. up hardly anything. I wonder why. It could be that some whales do not like bots. Who knows.
