Ingredients
Sufficient to know ready to use chocolate or tofu is usually fried until skinned
250 grams fresh chicken breast (small pieces)
75 grams of sago / tapioca flour
1 egg whites
2 cloves garlic (puree)
1 spring onion, finely sliced
Sufficient salt & pepper powder
To taste ice cubes
2-3 liters of water to boil
2 cloves of grated garlic (put in boiled water)
Step
Enter the meat, ice cubes & egg whites in cooper / food processor, process until smooth, add sago flour, finely spiced, spring onion, salt & pepper powder, process back until soft & well blended, turn off the cooper / FP.
Heat water in a pan, give salt & grated garlic to taste. While waiting for the boiling water to split one side of the tofu, then fill with the dough of meatballs using a teaspoon, do it until it runs out, put the tofu in boiling water then boil until cooked & float, lift, drain and chill.
Presentation: Fried tofu meatballs in hot oil, lift & serve immediately with cocolan chili sauce / chili sauce.
