Ingredients
250 grams of chicken breast (fillet and cut into chunks)
A versatile flour (I use hot spicy)
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chilli powder (can use boncabe)
1/2 onion
1/2 medium size tomatoes
1 celery stick
1 sachet saori sweet sour sauce
75 ml of water
Cooking oil
Step
Rinse chicken, fillets and cut into chunks
Add salt, pepper and chilli powder to the chicken and then aduk2, enter the refrigerator first
Prepare sauce complementary ingredients, cut onions, tomatoes and celery leaves to taste
Prepare 2 containers, 1 for flour and 1 for whipped eggs
Roll the chicken pieces on the flour, then dip them into the eggs, roll them back on the flour and then fry them in hot oil
After golden yellow, remove and set aside
Prepare the sauce, first saute onions until fragrant, then enter the tomatoes and celery leaves, add water and saori sweet sour sauce
Stir well until boiling, remove and pour the sauce on the fried chicken fillet
