Where is Block Trades???

Seriously... not everyone is over 18 years old on this "platform" and now users under this age can not withdraw their own SBD or STEEM. When I click "sell" in my wallet, I get to this shit market with "terms" instead of Block Trades which allowed me to withdraw my SBD. So... I'm f**king 16 years old and HOW can I withdraw my SBD??? It's manipulated platform...
