since the exchange holds everyones funds they don't need to transfer it around when people buy and sell to each other on it. That's how that works.

Yeah, I figured the money had to be somewhere. Blocktrades wasn't even allowing STEEM transactions, though. Had both STEEM and SBD under maintenance. :)

Well, you've got a good reason to be there on a regular basis as part of your gig with steemcleaners. In my case, the time spent off STEEM is time I'm not able to earn STEEM, so I tend to limit my Discord time.
