Humble Life vs Extravagant Life
Hello Steemians !!!
It's been quite a long time I was abstaining from the world of Steemit. Missed my good days here. I hope everyone managed to survive the pandemic. Today, I am going to share some random thoughts of mine on our life. I hope you'll have a thought on it. Here it goes.
Often hear people say:
"What is there in the possesions that we run after throughout our life ? After all we're not taking them to our last rites"
I see it from a different perspective. What matters is this life, not death. How we spend this life. If one is happy with a humble lifestyle, then its his/her personality trait. He is happy that way. On the contrary, some others are happy with assembling humongous possessions. It keeps him/her happy, confident and motivated to keep moving in life. Does that mean he/she is not happy ?
Some plan their life with the confidence that he/she will go to heaven after death. But, who has seen the afterdeath ? So, how we lived this life matters at last. One always counts the best and the worst of his life in his deathbed. Why not spend a life full of happiness and good health, be it extravagant or humble.
Lets not regret our life in our deathbed !!!
