And now we bring to your attention our own recipe for Kebbab "Fried Birch". Shaverma is a very popular dish in St. Petersburg! So we decided to make our own version of this dish.
Ingredients:
- Lavash (Armenian thin bread);
- Cucumbers;
- Sausages;
- Tomatoes;
- Salad leaves;
- Tomato sauce;
Roast sausages 5-10 minutes
Gently cut all the ingredients, put on lavash, shortened and put on the coals for a minute on each side!
