Program wise I think it would be possible. I'm not a programmer though. I do know that I can do something similar using excel & SteemSQL though it wouldn't be exact as I'd have to use the current VP and not the VP at the time of the vote.
sadly, your statement is beyond my brain, and i dont understand lol... i need a @patrice 101 lingo course. if you have a chance educate me on your statement here so i can better understand it :)
