The chicken is serundeng
Ingredients
1 tailed chicken according to taste
1/4 fruit of grated coconut
3 bay leaves
Ground spices;
1 segment of turmeric finger
2 segments of galangal finger
4 pieces of red onion
2 pieces of garlic
3 candlenuts
1/2 tbsp coriander
Salt taste
Sufficient water and cooking oil
Step
Wash chicken thoroughly, drain. Blend all seasonings, heat a little oil and stir fry until fragrant. Enter the bay leaf, saute until wilted.
