Steemit Suggestion: A Static Writing Toolbar

The workflow would be a lot more efficient there wasn't a need to keep scrolling back to the top to use the toolbar. I'm talking about this:

 I'm not sure if anybody else found this bothering. This is time consuming specially if you are constructing a really long post and have to modify a lot of text. An improvement I'd like to suggest is that to make it static (as in not moving with the scroll) and let it stay on the screen just like our header. If you use Microsoft word, you'll notice the toolbar is separated from the writing space. It's very convenient in my opinion.
