Step number 2 is upload a video to Dtube. To create a video channel on Dtube, you open an account in Steemit first. Once you have an account at steemit.com, you create a channel on Dtube.

Then upload the video file from your computer to Dtube (1). While you are uploading a video, you are uploading a thumbnail from a computer, or a snap of the video being uploaded (2). The next step is fill the title column and description column as well as tags field. Last is press submit.
