The richer the account holders are, the more it will entice the upcoming newer account holders because their voting weights are higher. So it is extremely critical now for these ultra large whales to distribute their tokens to many account holders so that the weight of the collective goes up.
Or maybe it can be distributed evenly to current and future account holders. This is the best way to distribute power. The reason i say this is because. It is ridiculously expensive now to buy steem power. So I realized that good contents are being made, but they are not getting paid enough. The only way this is possible is if whale's are involved in upvoting my post. We can't do this for the long term viability of steemit community. So I applaud this move.
