takes me forever to write...slow as molasses is about right but maybe that's just the nature of it unless one is a very well-practiced and naturally good writer which I am not. I've spent my life building self-mastery and artistic mastery as much as possible but as I said in my post, writing has a lot of benefits and I've found that it tones the brain plus the more we practice the better we can use words in all avenues of life to express ourselves!
