Ingredients
500 gr red onion peeled and thinly sliced
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tsp salt
Water to taste
5-7 tablespoons rice flour

Step
The sliced onions are then soaked with baking soda and salt for 10 minutes. Drain until dry.

When you want to fry, heat oil with medium heat just do not be too big. When the oil is already hot, then the onions will be fried sprinkled with rice flour. Slightly stirred so that all the onions are hit with flour. So sprinkle the flour just before frying. Onions that do not want to be fried should not be sprinkled with flour first
Fry in hot oil somewhat over medium heat until slightly browned. Lift. Spread on rice paper to cool it evenly. Then enter the jar.
When inserting the jar, the bottom of the jar I still have a tissue. The next day, his hand was full of oil, then I changed the new tissue. The next day I throw away the tissue. New onions I leave in jars without tissue and crispness lasted up to 1 month without changing the taste
