Built in 1932, a 100m high suspension bridge in West Lombok has many stories. For example, the solid iron used to build it comes from Australia, its construction experts brought from Java, and this bridge was once damaged twice by being hit by the current!
In its heyday, this bridge played an important role in connecting remote areas before there was a road. Now, this bridge is only passed by bicycles and young people who hang out in the afternoon.
Under the river flowing bridge that connects Dusun Kelebut and Nyurlembang. Beware do not lose balance when crossing it!
Getting There: Located in Gerung area. When heading to Kebon Ayu (a traditional weaving village), you will see this bridge from the main road.
