You have explained very nicely in the video. But, one should keep tabs on the voting power as well. When the voting power is at its peak, your upvote can really give some good money to your fellow steemit members. If the voting power is low and you upvote, hardly any amount is given away to the post.
I believe a good and informative post should get its rewards, so its a request to keep tabs on your voting power and lets start contributing to this community.
