you could find yourself calm focus and peaceful all by making a small change to your daily routine. 😉
let quickly see how little challenge can lead to a huge difference in your life.
*Set a time for five minutes to meditate each day.
*sit in a quiet and calm please and close your eyes just like the lady in the picture.
*Focus on your breath and try to clear your mind and thought.
*Keep the mediation for the whole five minutes
*You will notice a change in your outlook and mood after completing the challenge.
TIP ON OVERCOMING CHALLENGE *Set a comfortable place for the event,maybe first thing in the morning or anytime you're comfortable with.
*Sit in a place where you won't be distributed.
*You can start with 2 to 3 minutes gradually to build up the courage.
*be patient and believe in yourself and if you miss a day don't kill yourself try it the next day.
