How can I give back to Steemians…this is how!

Attention all Steemians!!

I have been trying to figure out a way to give back to the Steemit community. I have been lucky enough to have stumbled upon this growing community and I have been thrilled with my experience. My success to date has been mixed, but more so that the $$ attached to my posts, I am thoroughly enjoying sharing and engaging with fellow Steemians.

So the question I have been toying with lately is how can I give back? Aside from sharing and posting, how can I give back to the community? What can I do? There are a number of great initiatives out there and I have been fortunate enough to benefit from some of them. As an aside, I would like to give particular props to Steemprentice and my mentor @kryptik for helping me out and allowing me to bounce ideas off them.

What I have noticed on Steemit, is there are a plethora of Steemians whose native language is something other than English. Sometimes, it is fairly evident in the posts and a good proofread may have helped make the story/poem/blog a little more coherent. So why not play to my strengths? I have worked in Communications for the better part of 15 years, writing a wide variety of content such as news releases, annual reports, biographies, etc. Likewise, I recently wrote my GMAT this past February and ranked in the 97th percentile in my verbal section, which is linked to my understanding and knowledge of the English language.

Therefore, I have decided that I will offer my services as a proof-reader to select Steemians.

FREE OF CHARGE

That is right, I am not charging anyone. I have no intention of making a quick buck off this. I simply want to give back to the Steemit community by utilizing my strengths.
