I could not imagine doing this work without a tractor! My hats off to you brother. I have a chipper and we were using it when we first started, but it was just to slow, we really needed to get this project done as quickly as we could. I was worried that the power line company would come by and spray herbicides, I definitely do not want that on my land because we are planing on growing organically. I could have told them not to spray, but you never know if the right person will get the memo. We are not able to use animals as you are doing because we do not live on site yet, I have experience with goats and would not dare leave those little buggers unattended LOL. When we start clearing for the garden we are planning on using the chipper to make mulch, we are going to give the Back To Eden method of gardening a try.
