RE: Quality over Quantity?/Informational Overload
Good post, yes we all skim through articles. Those that write quality articles; I do tend to read a few times to soak in the message.
A steemer that has interesting articles that I check out is 'krnel'. He has some interesting quality posts that cover a great variety of topics. 'tressareid' also has quality posts for improving quality of life yet keeping it grounded. 'stargreen' is kool with her approach of wisdom delivered simply for people to understand.
Thanks for the recommendations. After taking a quick glance at these authors I get the feeling again. I want to read it. Safe it for later. Goes to my endless list of stuff worthy reading... I usually dont like too much of a daily structure, but maybe Ill start with a plan of reading one to two pieces a day in a slow and conscious way, maybe that gets the ball rolling again.
But yes also the question remains, how much more input do I really need? Why even soak up more information then invest my energy to deepen my felt sense of reality.
Hmm, the troubles of being a (spiritual) human in the modern world. I guess we are pioneers, and it will all play out eventually in some evolution...
Yes, a blend of structure yet creative flexible adaptability in any situation is perfect. All information is already within us and reflected all around us. I do not feel we necessarily need to soak in more unless we truly enjoy it. Some people like to know all the little details, and be a walking library. Whatever we direct our energy to, the answers are delivered in a multitude of ways and opportunities. For me, the details and labels constrict the Essence, as things are impermanent and flow with the evolution of change. People have their varied preferences which reflect through their perception of reality.
