How do Steemcleaners and Cheetah deal with syndication?

I’ve installed Steempress plugin on my (external) blog site (still being built), and I plan to publish work I write there here on Steem.

In the past I had stories I wrote on Medium syndicated here via another Steem plugin, and Cheetah commented on my post, even though it was clear -and explicitly stated - that it was a syndicated post.

I don’t believe syndication should be treated the same way as spam and plagiarism, especially when it’s clear it’s the same author publishing in 2 or more sites.

Thoughts?
