Hello @mashooq the only way you can escape this cycle is by doing original content and make sure that you cite your sources from the definitions you use, images and even concepts. There is nothing much we can do here but to continue steeming with original contents. Steem cleaners dos not act prematurely and they monitor your movements and your post so it was not just out of the blue. I have warned you about this before but you don't have to worry if you are creating original content and not copied from somewhere else then why worry. (NOTE: Even your own work written in another medium) you should always cite them. This is not forever maybe if you comply with the rules and steemcleaners has deemed it to take you off their list then they will do so. Don't stop steeming my friend this is a valuable lesson you have learned.
Please do not argue that you have original content one quick google search can prove that you got some of your words from google. To prove my point you said you wrote this

Please acknowledge your mistake and change your ways that is the only way I can help you here.
So what to do now? Stop copying and pasting content weather words or pictures. If there is a need to use content of others please cite your source.
