Question about Trending 30 days

I've noticed less voting on recent 12-hour payouts. I may be crazy but it seems the "Trending 30 days" category is soaking up alot of voting. This would be awesome for better compensating bloggers, as 12-hr payout has been a blogger complaint.

My question is on curation reward. Looking at the 30-day page, I am seeing my votes from over a week ago(upvote button is blue). Does this mean that I will get both the 12-hr curation payout and the 30-day curation payout?
