A Healthy Dish under $10.00 in 15 minutes
***Most people think it is difficult and too expensive to eat healthy; We just have to be creative sometimes. ***
Here is how I made myself a quick healthy meal
I just got a bunch of asparagus, one fish burger without the bread
I just warm up my iron skillet, with a ½ teaspoon of olive oil
2-have the burner of warm, I put my fish burger, cook each side for 5 mins
3- 2 table spoon of water in a pan to steam the asparagus; add a bit of opinion and black pepper
Covered for 5 mins, the removed of the burner.
I cooked the fish for 10 mins.
For desert, I sliced 1/2 of a delicious sweet mango.
i satisfied my sweet craving in a healthy way
