So... how do we know that these are REAL accounts? Well, they've been receiving payments from @bitcube (https://steemit.com/@bitcube/transfers), a Steemit Security Whale of Bitshares fame (of which our CTO @dan was also founder)...
We maybe still some way away from sizeable deals, but most certainly WATCH THIS SPACE!!!
Just imagine.. STEEM payments for shopping at AMAZON or JPMORGAN hitching a few deals for STEEMIT could be game changing!!!
Hmmm...It is interesting that those accounts are doing well as far as weight on the platform (Steem Power). So they are already powering down which seems interesting since they probably got the Steem Power from transferring first into Steem.
Someone should start a corporate whales list to track the corporations on steem. I wonder if they will post?
Steem payments at amazon? That will be amazing. Was thinking why they put in so little but i get it now that if it's true, they're testing the waters. They have a reasonable amount of Steem power though. Before Steemit was listed on Poloniex, there was a Poloniex account that emmerged with millions in their balance and behold Steem was on Poloniex. It's possible, i don't see how an individual will name themselve amazon or JPMorgan although it's possible. If this is really true, then it will definitely be great news and positive step for Steemit. Steemit has an amazing future. In my opinion, it has no where to go but up! Thanks for your detective work :)

anyone get any name that is available, its kinda like hijacking someone .com and redirecting it to another site. I highly doubt JP Morgan is even aware of this site yet. Amazon possibly knows about it but won't act till it has a high enough user base.
this is pretty exciting if its true, i wondered how long it would take for the names of famous people, brands and organizations to get snapped up!
