Although steemit has its official steemit.chat. There are so many community you can find around discord channel which supports the growth of minnow. Anyhow, it's really advisable to join these community below because they're nice and welcoming to new users. They won't bite, that's for sure. Also, Keep in mind, always find a community which suits you the most. Finally, don't forget to create a discord account. It's pretty simple.

Very advisable for people who likes to engage in conversation, sharing ideas, and learning languages without disruption of bots. Currently, The be awesome supports Japanese, Spanish, and French for language learning.

2.Home of the Minnow Support Project
Advisable for minnow to join this community to meet people and to get more exposure of steemit in general while also promoting the content. PAL will also introduce you to the world of Bots.

• Curation and Plagiarism

Curation serves a purpose to pick awesome underrated content from new users in order to gain more recognition. In my understanding, It's like a magazine you should read daily for a great content and I assure you that it's more than just a cat and meme picture.

1. O.C.D
   This is my favourite curation to find something to read in the morning aside from my own home feeds. They do an excellent job with all of underrated content. I love their carefully handpicked content. This project is led by @acidyo along with several curators. For further information,simply follow and check out their daily issue.

2. FreezePeach
   I found this to be a cool new project in order helping users who has an issue with flagging. Trust me, flagging can get real bad and I suggest you to have a look at this awesome project. When you find your account is getting flagged, You'll definitely know where to go.

3. Cheetah
   Beware of this bot as it recognize your plagiarized content all over the internet. I myself have witness the power of cheetah who was once linked me to my own website. If you're trying to post your own article, I suggest to delete your main article or citing your own article in the steemit.
