Do We Need A Hard Fork To Disseminate The Founders 80% Of Pre-mined Steem Power (SP) Across ALL Steemit Accounts Equally?
This is one way we can rescue the Steem price from falling below it's lowest level price of $0.31 this morning.

Pre-mined cryptos have been reversed before, but it is rare. I don't know whether it was malicious (initially) or just plain ignorance - who knows??
