RECIPE FOR SOUP RAMEN
Ingredients for 4 servings of ramen
1 carrot
200 grams of spinach
4 cloves garlic
1 liter of chicken broth (if possible homemade, also vegetable broth)
1 tablespoon of virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
110 grams of shiitake mushrooms
160 grams of fresh ramen noodles
2 tablespoons chopped chives
Preparation of easy ramen:
Peel and chop the garlic cloves. We grate the ginger root. We booked it.
Heat the tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat, when it is hot, add the chopped garlic cloves and grated ginger and cook for a few minutes, stirring often so they do not burn.
Pour over the chicken stock, shiitake mushrooms, soy sauce and 3 glasses of water.
Heat over high heat until it boils, reduce the temperature and cook over a low heat for another 10 minutes, until the mushrooms have softened.
We added the ramen noodles which, as they were fresh, will only need about 3 minutes of cooking (we will put it in the package).
We chop the spinach and peel and chop the carrots very finely. We add them to the casserole with 2 minutes of cooking left.
We add chopped chives and serve immediately.
I think that in any supermarket we can easily find this type of ramen noodles, usually usually in the Asian ingredients section.
I have put olive oil because it is what we most commonly use in our country, but it would be better to make them with sesame oil, which is more used in these Asian dishes.
