2. Person Voting

• 24 hour period voting for other posts of persons who voted for you
• Rewards are more evenly distributed among other posts

The price of steem flucuates per us dollar. The median average price eliminates highest and lowest values and makes average price in the middle of all values. The price declined over the past week.
Because of the 7 day average calculation -rewards decreased a little bit. But dont worry, when price gets up again, your rewards will go up too.

• Person voting For You

When someone votes for you - you get reward, but if he votes again in 24 hour period, then his rewards are spread among more competitors and based on that your reward gets a little bit smaller, depends how much your voter is voting on that 24 hour voting period.
There is more and more users who post good posts and steem rewards are much more spread. There will be more good posts but also there will be more voters too so if you make good posts often, you will likely get attention sooner or later.
