The fact that you can potential earn money is very appeleing. But main thing for me is to put power in users hand, even if it proves anarchial.
Beauty of it is that is not paid by ads but from people who put their trust in crptocurrency which is future.
My belief is that marktening must enter here in one way or another since its to early to not function without it. In a way this is also great thing for media giants to see how much they weight in free platform that is not governed by them.
Steemit leaders must make some thogh and smart chices for steemit to become what we all want it to become and that is free, quality, fair and honest platform where one can share his thoughts.

Damn that first slide is very scary for reader (in a sense that you are telling them that their oppinions is worthless to you even). Leater ones are very appeling and seem honest. Also I didn't see anything about posibility to earn and that is thats that apeals to potential users. Idk what is needed to get more users, but for sure if you got something to connect steem module both patforms would benefit.
Steem needs something to make good peoples stories matter and be visible more. For instance see this girl who is doing decent job telling about her trip and has great picture, her story telling needs some work but she isn't visible because ot other strong travel blogs and ton of spam.

So far i see there is ton of spam and lots of stories that aren't heard, not because of they aren't good but because they get burried in all of spam and greed.
Maybe if people could pick in steemit what they want to hear about and you can deliver it to them to satisfy all parties you are on right track.
